Integral Controls, Inc. has a strong back ground in the die cutting / molding industry, directly working for major manufacturers such as Bruno Machinery, and Rhino Equipment, providing engineering, control systems, technical support and service. We have an intimate knowledge of the industry and machine processes associated with theses machines. This experience coupled with our vast controls, automation, hydraulics, and motion control knowledge allows us to provide a wide range of services for die cutting and molding industries.

We have worked with most die cutting / molding OEM’s standard control systems as well as many after-market control systems. Integral Controls, Inc. can provide service and support for existing machine controls, as well as upgrade or replace the existing controls systems. We have upgraded presses with the Allen Bradley Control Logix, Compact Logic, SLC 500, MicroLogix based systems. We have also developed our own S-Max Press system, that includes features, performance other control systems can’t compete with.
